Influencer Report
At startups, you have to get creative to get your target audience’s attention, and that’s exactly what I did with this influencer report (before influencers really entered the zeitgeist).
I interviewed over 60 customer service and customer experience thought leaders for the report, asking what their top customer experience tips were and organizing them thematically. I also worked with our graphic designer to create custom social media images that each influencer could use to promote the report, and wrote guest blogs with custom infographics for influencers to share.
Within 72 hours, the campaign surpassed 750 social shares, and the lead salesperson at the time called it a “lead gen machine.
